Our Team
Chris Banks, DC
Chiropractic Care
Chris is a graduate of Parker University in Dallas, TX and has been practicing in Joplin, MO since 2011. He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Harding University in 2003 and knew early on that he wanted to help people live life to the fullest.
Wanting to bring a new approach to chiropractic care to this area, Midwestern Built Chiropractic was born in 2018. As his practice grew, so did his passion for the overall health and wellness of his patients. In 2020, Midwestern Built Health was formed to begin a new model of comprehensive care, including physical therapy and nutrition services.
When not practicing, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, spending summer weekends at the lake, reading, and being active. Chris has always enjoyed fitness and has competed in CrossFit since 2012.
Jennifer Banks, DPT
Physical Therapy
Jennifer is a graduate of Marquette University and has been practicing physical therapy in the 4-States region since 2011. With an undergraduate degree in athletic training and a doctorate in physical therapy, she brings a broad background to the team at MWB.
Frustrated with traditional high volume physical therapy practice, Jennifer joined Midwestern Built Health out of a desire to provide more individualized, one on one care and help people bypass the hoops of today’s current healthcare model.
Jennifer has special interests in pediatric & adolescent gross motor development, functional sports medicine, and treatment of pregnant and postpartum athletes.
When not practicing, Jennifer also enjoys summer lake weekends with family and staying active. She has a broad athletic background including competitive water skiing, triathlon, and CrossFit.
Paige Dierks, PTA
Physical Therapy
Paige is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University and has been practicing physical therapy since 2010. She received her Associate’s degree as an allied health physical therapist assistant.
Having been in the health and wellness space since 2003, Paige has had the opportunity to work with all populations and develop a love for moving well in everyday life.
In 2007, Paige began working with older adults in a physical therapy and rehab setting. She has joined the Midwestern Built Health team to focus on helping the older population with functional mobility so they can extend their life expectancy and expand their quality of life.
When not practicing, you can find Paige with her 5:00am CrossFit crew, spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys, reading, and cooking.
